● Stratocell AS: Part of our polylam family of laminated polyethylene foams, Stratocell AS offers the same anti-static protection at a lighter weight. Its strength-to-weight ratio keeps shipping costs down on high-volume electronics packaging without giving up cushioning performance.
● Anti-static urethane: An open-cell polyurethane ether foam that conforms around irregular shapes while staying non-contaminating, non-corrosive, and non-shedding, three properties that matter when foam sits in direct contact with exposed circuitry rather than inside a sealed tray.
● Conductive Crosslinked Foam – 3 lb: A closed-cell, semi-rigid crosslinked polyethylene foam with a fine cell structure designed for specialty packaging, particularly electronics applications. It contains conductive carbon for ESD control and complies with EIA-541 guidelines for functional electro-static dissipative materials. The material is non-corrosive and offers excellent chemical and abrasion resistance for long-term performance.
