Stratocell Foam Product Solutions
Stratocell®, or polylam, foam is a lightweight, closed-cell polyethylene foam that is known for its strength, resilience, flexibility, and pliability. Stratocell laminated foam products display a high strength-to-weight ratio to provide superior damage protection and impact resistance. This allows for less material per package, which then reduces the overall shipping footprint and minimizes transportation, fuel, and storage costs.
Because this sustainable foam material is clean, insulative, lightweight, water resistant, and non-abrasive, it is used for endless applications, including packaging, sports equipment, automotive parts, electronics, industrial equipment, thermal insulation, gasketing, sealing, and construction. Not only it is a cheaper option than ethafoam, it offers the ability to be reduced, reused, and recycled. In fact, you can reuse Stratocell foam or recycled content foam multiple times without experiencing degradation in its performance or protective qualities.
Because of its ease of fabrication and forming, Atlas Foam Products can easily convert and manipulate this recycled content foam material into complex and innovative packaging design. We are your top polylam foam packaging solutions provider in California.
